We understand that each person has different needs and deserves personalized attention. Please allow approximately one hour for this visit. We will do a thorough examination and answer all of your questions.
When you arrive for your first visit, you will be greeted by our staff. They will assist you with our computerized check-in system and give you a tour of our office. Before your visit, please take the time to complete the New Patient Information Form, which will be mailed to you in our "Welcome Packet". For your convenience, we also have the patient form available on this website. By completing this form prior to your arrival, we can begin your first visit without delay. It is also helpful if you provide us with pertinent insurance information before your arrival.
Dr. Frial will conduct a thorough examination of your teeth, jaws and facial structure. He will determine whether or not there is a need for orthodontic treatment at this time. If treatment is indicated, we will provide you with the specific details of your personal treatment plan, including treatment fees and approximate length. Your family dentist will receive a written confirmation of Dr. Frial's recommendations. We feel it is very important to keep your dentist fully informed every step of the way. Though fees will vary based on the nature of each individual case, we offer a variety of affordable payment options. If there is sufficient time in our schedule, diagnostic records can be taken at this visit.
