Dr. Glenn Frial grew up in the Orange County area. He attended the University of California, Los Angeles where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Dr. Frial attended dental school also at the University of California, Los Angeles where he graduated at the top of his class and received numerous honors and awards. After his dental training, he went on to specialize in orthodontics at the University of California, San Francisco. In 1996, he earned his Postdoctoral Certificate in Orthodontics and Master of Science degree in Oral Biology.

With all the new advancements, Dr. Frial feels it is important to not only meet but to exceed the standards of orthodontics. He continuously strives to use the most advanced techniques available. Dr. Frial is an active member of various dental and orthodontic associations and was the past chairman of the continuing education committee for the California Association of Orthodontists. He is an associate professor at the UCLA Orthodontic Program. In 2001, he was voted Orthodontist of the Year by the editors of the Consumer Business Review.

Dr. Frial and his wife, Carmela, have two sons, Zachary and Joshua. As a family, they love traveling and skiing. They enjoy living in the Laguna Niguel community. Dr. Frial has been involved in various community programs such as guest speaking for Career Day and Drug Awareness week at the local schools and sponsoring local sports teams. Due to his services, he was invited to participate in the Niguel Days Parade, celebrating the ten-year anniversary for the city of Laguna Niguel.
